STATEMENT

The equipment sold by Boutique Randoline is intended for donkeys, ponies or horses used for walking and/or trekking, walking at a slow pace and guided by a person walking alongside and holding the animal on a lead. The term ‘manufacturer’ refers to SAS Randoline Concept.

CONTRACT FORMATION

These general terms and conditions of sale apply automatically to the sale of items from the Randoline Shop.

The sale is deemed to have been concluded on the date of receipt of the order by the manufacturer, as well as payment by cheque or bank transfer to the manufacturer.

Prior to this date, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 113-1 of the French Consumer Code, these terms and conditions of sale are made available to all customers for information purposes.

All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which prevail over all other terms and conditions.

To be valid, all orders must be made in writing, either on the manufacturer’s order forms or on plain paper.

All orders paid for by  bank transfer received by the manufacturer are considered firm and final.

MODELS

a) Unless specifically stated or subject to special conditions on the order form, the items in the Randoline Shop correspond to the models featured in the manufacturer’s catalogue on the date of the order.

b) However, the manufacturer reserves the right to make any modifications to its models in line with technical developments. The customer declares that they accept these modifications provided that they do not affect the characteristics on which they based their commitment.

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

The prices excluding VAT and including VAT shown on the order form are guaranteed from the date of receipt of the order accompanied by payment by cheque or bank transfer. However, the customer may be subject to a price increase in the event of a technical modification to the model imposed by new regulations.

As VAT is set by the government, the applicable rate will be that in force at the time of the order accompanied by payment.

For business customers in European Union countries (companies with a VAT number) and Swiss customers, prices are invoiced excluding VAT.

EXPEDITION

Except in cases of force majeure, all items in the Randoline Shop are normally available in stock.

Unless the manufacturer is out of stock, items are shipped quickly after receipt of the order and payment by bank transfer.

a) Items are shipped by Colissimo (La Poste) up to a maximum weight of 30 kg (total weight of the parcel).

b) Items weighing more than 30 kg are shipped by carrier or in several parcels.

c) Colissimo shipping rates are indicated on the order form
d) Colissimo shipping rates correspond to the weight of the items shipped, plus 2 kg for packaging (except for weights under 1 kg)

e) Shipping rates by carrier differ for shipments within France, to countries within the European Union, and to countries outside the European Union

f) For business customers in European Union countries (companies with a VAT number) and Swiss customers, shipping rates are exclusive of VAT.

g) No delivery will be made until payment has been received in full by the manufacturer.

CANCELLATION PERIOD

In accordance with European consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal is only recognised for private customers.

In this case, the manufacturer will refund the customer the full amount of their purchase.

A private customer may return the item to the manufacturer within 14 days of receipt, provided that the equipment has not been assembled or used and is completely free of any alterations, scratches, dirt, etc.

With regard to packsaddles, and given that they can be adjusted, the manufacturer displays a procedure on its website enabling customers to order the size corresponding to their animal’s build. It is therefore not necessary to assemble the packsaddle in order to try it on.

If the manufacturer receives an item in return with alterations that make it unsuitable for resale as a new item, the manufacturer may deduct the value of the depreciation from the refund.

JURISDICTION CLAUSE

In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this contract, the parties expressly agree to refer the matter to the courts of the City of Cahors.
