Safety separation device

Usually if the donkey/horse pulling the Randoline is suddenly frightened by something: a herd of cows suddenly galloping along the edge of the field next to the path or a deer running out in front of him, the donkey or horse might bolt forward for a couple of meters, before then stopping in his tracks.

However if this was to arrive on a rough or steep place, the passenger could be hurt or the vehicle damaged.

In order to avoid all risks, the bar that joins the front of the Randoline to the donkey/horse, contains an exceptionally efficient mechanism, never used before on horse drawn vehicles.

The passenger, by activating, with a simple command, (a bicycle brake lever) can instantly disconnect the Randoline from the donkey/horse. At the same time an automatic brake is activated on the front wheel.

After the incident, it is a simple matter of re-attaching the donkey/horse and re-arming the system.

This system assures the absolute security of the passenger.
